About the Founder
Jackelyn Classen

U.S. Navy Veteran
Served during 9/11
My name is Jackelyn Classen, and I bring over 22 years of experience in Information Technology and more than a decade in Business Consulting.
I hold a Master's Degree in Business from Monroe University, an Associate's Degree in Information Technology from Bryant & Stratton College, and a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Monroe University — both earned Magna Cum Laude.
I am an Honorably Discharged United States Navy Veteran, having served during 9/11 and earned several medals. My background includes specialized experience in Information Systems, operations, and technology-driven business solutions.
During my time in the Navy, I proudly served our country through one of the most defining moments in modern history. I ultimately exited the military with a service-connected disability, and as my condition worsened over the years, it became increasingly difficult for me to hold down steady employment.
With the support of the VA Vocational Rehabilitation program, I was able to earn my Master's Degree — an achievement that sharpened my skills, restored my confidence, and gave me the foundation to build this organization for fellow veterans and their families.
I also experienced homelessness firsthand for a period of my life. That season was humbling, but it deepened my compassion and gave me a personal understanding of what so many veterans quietly endure. It's the reason HHEP exists — because no one who served this country should have to navigate housing, employment, or recovery alone.
Through Classen Unlimited, my mission is to walk alongside my fellow veterans and their families — offering steady support, trusted guidance, and real pathways to stable housing, meaningful employment, education, and healing. Every veteran deserves to be met with dignity, patience, and a community that has their back long after the uniform comes off.
